Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared however please allow approximately 7-10 business days for it to arrive. Your item will be sent via courier or Australia Post depending on the item. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. Courier providers (not Australia Post) normally contact the buyer prior to the delivery day.

You can return an item for a refund or exchange if you received a damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item. Please contact us (support@sparesandco.com.au) within 48 hours of your delivery if a damaged / faulty or incorrect product is received. Refund and exchange (including shipping fees) will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt and inspection of items and accepted by Spares & Co. as damaged/faculty or incorrect.
